TECHNICAL INFORMATION
- Body The body sheets are selected as 4.2 mm S235JR in accordance with the material and manufacturing requirements of the EN 13094:2008 standard and are welded using the robotic MIG welding method.
- Dished The dishes and baffles are designed and manufactured as 5.0 mm S235JR in accordance with the EN 13094:2008 standard, fully meeting the strength and sealing requirements.
- Chassis The chassis and the entire vehicle structure have received type approval under EU 2018/858 and comply with relevant international standards. Manufactured using 6.0 mm, 8.0 mm and 10.0 mm S355JR materials.
- Brake System Designed and tested in accordance with ECE R13 regulations; equipped with Electronic Brake System (EBS) and Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) for high safety and performance.
- Axles 3 x 9 ton axles sourced from leading manufacturers such as SAF Holland, BPW and Sertel, ensuring safe transportation in compliance with EN 13094:2008 and ADR requirements.
- Electrical System All lighting and signaling systems are selected in accordance with UN ECE R48 regulations.
- Tyres and Rims Tyre size is 385/65 R 22.5, available with steel or aluminum rim options based on customer preference.
- Test Process Standards All welds are subjected to RT (Radiographic Testing) and leakage tests in accordance with ISO 17636 standards and approved for ADR and EN 13094:2008 compliance.
